First of all, the raw materials are mined by special machines and then they are loaded onto lorries, which transport the materials to the factory. The next step is that the raw materials are crushed by two types of special crushing apparatuses. The next step is that they are mixed with water. After the mixing stage, the materials are filled into molds and then they are dried in the molds.
When the materials have been dried for 4-6 hours, the clay pots are then assembled. The following step is that the half-ready pots are put into the oven at 1000 degrees Celsius. At this point, they are painted with the same colors. After the pots have been painted, they are then put into the oven again for color firing. The last step is that one method of manufacturing ceramic pots is finished.
