The process elucidates how ceramic pots are produced.
Overall, there are 11 stages in the process of manufacturing ceramic jars, commencing with gathering raw materials by using a tractor and culminating with production of completed jars.
At the initial phase, raw materials are dug by a digger, and then they are transported to a factory by a truck. At the following phase, raw materials are ground into powder and mixed with water. Afterwards, this mixture is poured into moulds with the pre-formed shape of clay pots and leave it to dry from 4 to 6 hours before forming assemble clay pots.
In the next phase, the assemble clay pots from the previous phase are placed into an oven, which are heated with the temperature of 1000℃. After that, they are soaked with colour in a bucket prior to being put into colour firing furnace. Finally, they are taken out from the furnace and ready to be sold.
