Apartment and holiday homes built at expense of fish market and Public Park. The remaining areas such as, Coffee, housing and hotel stay largely untouched.
In 1995, on the right top of the boundary there was a farmland, with public in the below of the farmland. In the left side of the map there was a housing and sport area surrounded by road. House and coffee shop located in the opposite side of the sport and residential are. At the bottom of the map there were morning fish boat and yacht.
Since then, the town faced with significant makeovers. Removal of fish market and sport area made room for respectively apartment and restaurant. Golf and tennis course built at the expensive of Public Park and farmland. The holiday homes and car park emerging, resulting in the disappearance public area. Other alterations include the removal of the morning fish boat and the yachts.
