This coastal village of Seaville was rural area in 1980 and due to development it became urban area in 2010. It completely changed the view of area due to advancement.
From 1980 to now, Seaville has seen the replacement in woodland which change into Golf center in North. South of Golf course Marsh, Holiday cottages and hotels were upgraded into permanent houses and Hotels. The location or Hotels remains same as in the south. In ancient time the Northern part of sea was consumed by Tea rooms and sand dunes and furthermore it was upgraded into Hotels and Restaurants. Beside the river retirement village and boat club was formed due to the increase of visitors. Moreover, the location of East Bank remains the same but on the other spot Holidays cottages were made to in order to give rooms to the travelers. In 1980 the area was quite clam due to less development but in 2010 the area became part of rush due to advancement.
