In the 1967 northern east of Felixstone had occupated with shops and farmland.Moreover in the east of the hotel we could be found some type of flowers and cafe. Furthermore east part of city had situated fish market for costumers convenience.Below the fish market located the equipment like marina, pier and all these objects surrounded with sea.

By 2001, the town had a notable reconstruction.In the northern east of town had located swimming pool,near the pool positioned the hotel.However between pool and hotel have founded tennis court for relax.Also westerr ith of town had dunes for environment.

Nowadays below dunes they have been constructed wind turbines for electricity power.Also beach shared on 2.Private and public beaches. Centre of the town have recreated with adding apartments.
