The diagram depicts the blueprint of a general library 20 years ago and what it presently looks like. Overall, it is evident that the library has been renovated with some rearrangements and new infrastructure.
It is seen that the two tables and their chairs, which were previously located in the center of the building, have been removed. Also, the area for adult fiction books, which was located in the east wing of the building, has been moved to the west wing, alongside the information desk, which was previously situated in the south-west area. It has now been replaced by a cafe, just next to the entrance.
Furthermore, the children’s books room that was situated north-west of the building has been replaced by a lecture room and has been moved where the computer room was previously situated, which is at the south-east region of the library; the room comes with two sofas and creates a good environment for story telling. Finally, the computer room is now located just to the left of the entrance.
