The diagram demonstrates several stages of how to manufacture leather products.
Overall, it can be seen that during the process, there are three main stages of the procedure, beginning with collecting animal skins and ending with waxing them.
First of all, the selective animal skins are delivered from the farm to the factory. The skin animals are sorted in different sizes, including small and large groups. Sorted skins are then undergone the strimming process to shape the skin’s form. The skins now are ready for curing after being added salt into the surface which lasts 30 days. The cured skins then are soaked in water for about a half day. After being soaked, the hairs’ skins are eradicated by knives to prepare for pickling.
In the following stage, the skins are continuously tanned with typical chemicals lasting approximately 48 hours. Next, the mixture of oil and color is added to the tank to dye the skins and make them more softer. The animal skins are then dried by special machines. Finally, the skins are polished before being ready for purchasing.
