The diagram illustrates the manufacturing process for making bricks from such a material like clay.
At first, a machine digs the clay out of the earth. The clay gets filtered by metal grid and moved by a roller. The initial mass is ready to be mixed with sand plus water, which creates moderated conditions for the next step. A special tool called wire cutter does its job effectively by sharpening the brick into the right form. There is a second way to do so which is achieved by using mold.
The later actions are past down to drying oven that accomplishes its goal in a day or two. Moving on, we can see that dried and shaped bricks are ready to be baked in kiln at dissimilar temperatures. Firstly, the temperature is slightly lower but then it gets to a higher one. When the material is ready it is put in a cooling chamber from forty eight hours to seventy two hours. The last step is to get the final product packed and finally shipped to its inetial place of usage.
