The process diagram illustrates the production of sugar from a sugar cane.
Overall, the process takes 7 steps; firstly the mature canes are harvested, after the canes are turned into juice, after several processes juice experiences cooling and drying.
Firstly, after 12 to 18 months the sugar canes become fully developed. After the canes are mature enough, the farmer or special harvesting machines harvest them and then send them and then send them to a crushing machine. The sugar canes pass through the technique and turn into sweet juice.
The juice then is purified by a limestone filter. After the limestone filtering juice is sent to an evaporator, huge metal construction that makes fluid into vapor; heat is applied to turn juice into syrup. This syrup then passes through a centrifuge. The centrifuge separates sugar crystals from syrup by moving very fast in a circular direction. Finally, sugar crystals are dried and cooled in a huge metal storage.
