The diagram illustrates the process of producing bricks from clay to be used for the building industry.
First of all, clays were obtained using a digger to dig the soil. After a large amounts of soil were collected, and put on a metal grid that is under a roller to sieve out waste in the soil. The clays then dropped onto the roller, where it is transported and mixed with sand and water to form liquid state bricks.
Next, the mixture were either pour into a rectangular mould or cut using a wire cutter to form the brick shape. When the moulding are done, the bricks then transferred into a drying oven for about 24 to 48 hours. After the drying process, bricks were moved to a kiln under a moderate temperature and wait the temperature slowly rise to 870 – 1300 degree celsius.
Lastly, the bricks are put in a cooling chamber for 2 to 3 days to cool down. Then, the bricks are done and can be packaged to deliver to the building industry.
