Firstly, the process starts with the digging of the clay from earth using an excavator. The clay is then separated from other debris and sediments using a metal grid and transported using rollers. After the clay is mixed with sand and water, it is either poured in a mould or extracted and cut by a wire cutter to shape the bricks.
The bricks are then placed in a drying over for 24 to 48 hours. After drying, the bricks are placed in a kiln to be fired twice. The first fire is moderate in temperature with 200 to 980 degrees Celsius, while the second fire is high in temperature with 870 to 1300 degrees Celsius. After the firing process, the bricks are moved in a cooling chamber to be cooled for 48 to 72 hours. When the cooling process ends, the finished product of bricks are packaged and sent for delivery.
