The flowchart provides information about the process of producing bricks for the construction industry.
It can be clearly seen that the process consists of three major stages, and seven stages in total, starting with clay mining and ending with the distribution of bricks.
Initially, the clay is extracted by a digger from the soil. This clay is then broken into smaller pieces by a metal grid. Following that, raw composition is created by adding sand and water. After this the raw composition shaped into even rectangular (bricks) either by wire cutter or hollow-inside mould.
At the next key stage bricks undergo a heating-and-cooling part, starting with a drying oven for 1-2 days. Once dry, the bricks are put into a kiln, and heated firstly moderate and then high at temperature 200-980 and 870-1300, respectively. After being heated bricks are cooled in a cooling chamber for 2-3 days.
Finally, ready-made bricks get packaged and delivered by trucks.
