The diagram below shows the process by which bricks are manufactured for the building industry.
Overall, the process consists of seven stages, beginning with clay mining and ending with their delivery to theirs owners.
First of all, the process begins with clay mining by digger, then it is placed pick up a metal grid. After that, it goed to the roller process. Then, sand and water are added to the mixture to form a workable paste. This mixture is shaped into bricks by using mould or by cutting it with a wire cutter.
Nextly, the new formed bricks are placed in a drying oven for 24-48 hours. After drying, they are heated at a moderate temperature of around 200-980°C, followed by a second stage of firing at higher temperature from 870°C-1300°C. Following this, the bricks are cooled in a cooling chamber for 48-72 hours. Finally, the finished bricks are packaged and delivered to customers.
