The diagram depicts the process of brick manufacturing that is used for building industry.
Overall, the process consists of seven stages, beginning with clay mining and ending with their delivery to their owners.
First of all, the process begins with clay mining by a digger, then it is placed into a metal grid. After that, it goes to the roller process. Then, sand and water are added to the mixture, and the clay is pressed into modules and cut into bricks using a wire cutter.
In the next stage of the process, a drying oven will dry this bricks for 1 to 2 days .After that raw bricks kept in a kiln at two levels of temperature ,200-980°C at a moderate level and high level is 870-1300°C and then transports into a cooling chamber for 2 to 3 days .The bricks ,will then be dug into cooling chamber to packed .Having been packed, these products will be delivered to customers or to building industries by a truck in the final step.
