Overall, it is multi-step linear process which appeared to be consisted of 11 steps.The first step are sending coal and oxygen, while the last stage attached with electricity is giving in the tower from the generator.
First of all, putting coal into the high temperature fire jar with also given oxygen through the pipe.After that,the burn into furnace before it is outed raw syngas and slag. At this point,raw syngas converted to CO2 mercury sulphur and purified syngas.After being divided, purified syngas in then entry to gas turbine. Next,from this gas turbine, has gone two paths,A way has been connected with generator.And then,the generator provides is electricity to the tower.
The next step is that, gas turbine’s released hot exhaust gases,it has received heat recovery steam generator.This step has being emission flue gases and steam going to steam turbine. After steam turbine joined with generator, the generator is manufacturing electricity and it is kept in the container.The final stage, from the container, electricity is given to the tower for the consumers.
