The flow chart illustrates the steps involved in the production of pineapples. Overall, pineapples are first grown, which takes several months, then they go through spraying chemicals, before being prepared for production.
The process begins with pineapples being planted separately, with a distance of 26 cm between each. At this point, crown of the pineapple is grown under sunny conditions around 30 degrees Celsius, thereby making them grow faster. After the 7 month of the growth, it undergoes ethaline treatment to enhance ripening. Following this, the fully grown pineapples are ready after 5 months, reaching a height of 30 cm and a weight of approximately 2kg.
The next stage is the production of pineapple products, where they processed into various products. The processed pineapples can be extracted into juice, which give them freshness. Secondly, ready made pineapples are cut and processed into cans to sell and eat . Finally, the largest ones waxed and placed in baskets before being exported to other countries.
