The information about the various steps involved in the process of making handmade violin has been depicted by the given diagram.
Overall, it is a systematic process which include nine steps and the omission of any step may disrupt the entire procedure.
Turning to the details, the procedure commences with the cutting down of two violin shapes one for the front part and another for the back part from a thin wooden piece by using a cutter called saw. Then, on the front cutout two f-holes are constructed using cutting tool and glue is used to stick a bass bar in the centre of the front part. Afterwards, with the help of a heating tool the flat rib strips are molded into the required shape.
Moving ahead with remaining data, in the next step, the front part, back part and ribs are assembled with the use of glue. After that, to convert it into a fully assembled violin, the neck of the violin is attached with the body of it. Finally, the violin is greased for smooth functioning after joining all the additional parts and the complete violin is ready to use.
