Firstly, all the necessary ingredients, which include flour, yeast, water, salt, are assessed and prepared.

Then, the all these products are mixed in an industrial mixer. Next stage, dough is put in a special container, where it is rised. Subsequently, it is divided and shaped into several loaves. After these procedures, loaves are placed in a special oven, where they are baked. Freshly cooked bread is sent for cooling on rack for a certain period of time. Consequently, workers pack and wrap all bread, so it can be ready to be delivered. Finally, boxes with bread are shipped into the vehicle and transported to stores all over the city.
