The diagram illustrates the system of making paper and also how recycled paper is produced.
Overall, the process consists of 11 stages from chopping down trees to manufacturing the paper and then recycling paper and producing new one.
At first, grown trees are chopped down and directed into the processing facility where they are put into de-barking drum. Once this is done and bar is removed, the raw material is put into the chipper. Subsequently, it is processed in a pulping machine in order to extract the pulp. Finally, it goes through the paper-making machine and the paper is made . As a result, the paper is sold and bought by customers and used for different needs.
The second stage of the process begins when the used paper is collected before delivering into the de-inking sector. By using special equipment, the ink is removed from old papers. Following that, the de-inked paper is cleaned and after goes through the pulp-making process again. Consequently, the new paper is produced from the recycled and can be used again.
