Overall,it is evident that it consists of thirteen phases from catching fishes from ocean, and then transporation, treating, preparing, storing and finally it reaches to fish hub for selling.
To begin with,fish hunters catches the fishes by using net and then transported to the port by using boats.Soon after arrival to the port,it is transferred to the freezer to prevent damage ,and then it is thawed by using fresh water.After cleaning the fish,they cut them to make flat and marinated with salt water and yellow coloring agent to make it tastier.Further,it is kept on the grilling plate to cook.
Furthermore,cooked fish are put inside the cardboard box ,and again refrigirate at zero degree celcius and shifted to cold storage pack for distribution.while distributing packages they are using motor vehicles ,then finally it reaches to fish store for sale.
