The picture displays how the production of smoked fish proceeds in several stages. Overall, producing smoked fish is a man-made process, with 3 main stages, starting with catching the fish and finish with distribution to fish stores.
The fish is caught from the large bodies of water, and delivered to a port by boat, in order to prepare the raw product. The newly captured fish is, then, put into a freezer. Before being sent to fresh water, the product experiences a process called thaw, turning into soft from a solid state. To put them into mixture of salt water and yellow coloring, the fish needs to be cut open in the next step. The next step includes smoking the prepared product, before being packaged. Once the fish being put into boxes, they are kept in a freezer at 0 Celsius degree and in a cold store.
After this stage is complete, the production is distributed to fish stores using transportation.
