Preparing smoked fish includes totally thirteen steps. Initial stage consists of the job which is catching fish. After various phases, the last step involves distributing them to the fish shops.
At first, fish must be caught by fishermen then they are transported to the port. After that they undergo the freezing operation. Frozen fish are melted in the fresh water then chopped into peices. After that they are put to the water with salt at the same time giving yellow color. After completing these stages, they are toasted in the ovens.
Next process, smoked fish are packaged to special boxes. Fresh product must be frozen in zero degree then people set them to cold stores where they do not go worse. Next they are stored to the trucks which has internal fridges. The final step involves sharing new products to fish stores. Now, new smoked fish are ready for customers.
