Overall, it is a cyclical process, where the first phase begins with the manufacturing cars from raw materials, whereas the second phase starts with the selling of the old car and its recycling. Moreover, there is a phase where unrecyclable parts are scrapped and it becomes the end of its lifecycle.
To begin with, there are almost the same stages for either production of a car with usage of raw materials or recycled parts. The production of the car from raw material starts when all necessary materials are mined and all the components are formed, while the manufacturing of cars from recycled parts begins when these parts are recycled and components are formed.
From this point, all the stages are similar for each of them. After the previous steps, all the materials and components are delivered to the production factories where the cars are manufactured. The next step begins with the need to sell them. Mostly, this is done through dealerships. Then the cars are used by 3 owners on average. After that, there are two ways for these cars. They can either be repaired and used again or sold for scrap. If the car is sold, it is going to recycling centres for future use in manufacturing brand new cars, where all the unrecyclable parts are scrapped.
