The diagram below represents the production of a pencil.
Overall, it is a twelve-step eco-friendly and linear process that commences with the growth of trees and ends with the packed pencils in the boxes.
First of all, to get trees, plants four month after are taken from nature to special field in order to make better conditions of growth. Three years later plants replanted to the land again. Once the trees are fully developed after fourteen years, they are then cut down, and loaded onto the lorry.
After being delivered to the factory, trees are then cut to thin slats with a special machine. Next, thin planks are drying in 60 days period. Dried plank is glued, and transforms to the sandwich with black leads between. On the next stage, sandwiches are hard-pressed with press, and sliced to round pencils. Then pencils are painted, sharpened and stamped to be useable. Finally, being packaged to the boxes, pencils are ready to be transported to the markets.
