The given illustration demonstrates the process of milk production for commercial sale. In general, the mass production of dairy consists of 6 main steps starting with cows grazing to delivering packaged milk to super-markets and shops.
The process starts from cow grazing. Then, when the cows are ready, the milking machine starts the work, collecting the milk from them. It happens twice a day. Next, received milk goes in refrigeration storage that is then taken to Dairy by milk tanker delivery. There, milk will be turned into commercial products.
After milk is delivered to the Dairy, all of the received product is needed to allocate between such commercial products like pasteurized milk, cheese, cream or butter. The workers of each factory do that by analysing the demand for these products in distinct cities. Then some part of the milk goes to pasteurization and packaging, the rest of the milk is delivered to different areas of the factory where other dairy products are made.
When the product is ready for commercial sale, it is delivered to shops and supermarkets by special tracks with refrigeration storage, like in the first steps of production. It is important to use them, as dairy products can sour without needed temperature.
