The diagram displayed shows the recycle process of aluminum. The cycle itself consists of seven steps, from used cans thrown away by people to 74% recycled brand new cans for commercial and enterprise purpose.
First and foremost, the used cans were collected by a recycling truck to a recycling company before they are cleaned and sorted in the factory. After that, the sorted cans are shredded into pieces and eventually going through compressing process. Once they are compressed, the heating machine liquefy them in high temperature, resulting in melted aluminum product that will be rolled to the size of 2,5 mm to 6 mm thick.
The rolled aluminum are going to be recycled to the initial form, cans. As the cans are recycled, they are ready to be reused and labeled for commercial purpose, such as sparkling water and energy drink package. The finish products are containing 74% recycled aluminum.
