The diagram depicts the chronological steps for constructing a storage room by concrete canvas. Overall, it is a 8-step manmade process using tools and transportable concrete to build a storage within a short time.
Firstly, there manufacture the canvas of concrete with compressed three layers – at top the layer can absorb water to become hard after drying, at middle greater portion consists of dry concrete fibre and at bottom the layer is waterproof plastic to keep inside of store dry. Once the canvas is prepared then compressed canvas is brought to the empty area with the help of truck to construct the storage. At third step, the 1 metre compressed is unwrapped then with help of the rope tied with truck it is unfolded to 10 metre and fixed with ground with help of pegs.
In the fifth stage, a pump is used to blow the air from left side and make concrete canvas curved at right side, swells 2.5 metre above the ground. In the next stage, water spreads at top layer of canvas with hydrating in subject of making the topside harden and uniform concrete fibre inside. Within next 20 to 24 hours it dries and lower portion of plastic prepare the storage room resists any water from outside. A door is placed at left side where the air was blown during the construction. Consequently, a fully covered store room is well prepared with formation of concrete canvas.
