The diagram illustrates the making process of the storage zone by using concrete canvas which is a mixture of concrete and water.
Overall, there are eight distinct stages in the process, beginning with manufacturing storage space and ending with using it.
Looking at the first stage, we can see that the concrete canvas was produced by adhering three layers together, with a top layer that allows water to pass through, a middle layer of dry concrete fibre, and a bottom layer of waterproof plastic. Secondly, this packaging of concrete canvas was delivered to the required place. Before unwrapping, the concrete canvas was only one metre, then it was expanded to ten metres by pegs and rope. After that, the concrete canvas was put on the ground and a pump was used to blow the air from the left side until it reached a height of 2.5 metres. Subsequently, water is sprayed onto the top layer of the canvas to hydrate it.
Within the following 20- 40 hours, it dries and the lower portion of plastic prepares the storage room to resist any water from outside. A door is placed on the left side, where the air was blown during the construction. Finally, a fully covered storage room is well prepared with the formed concrete canvas.
