The image illustrates the life cycle of glass and plastic with recycling, starting with new product creation followed by collection taking 3-8 weeks, then transport to a recycling center taking 5-10 days. At the recycling center, glass is sorted by color and plastic by thickness and quality. This is followed by bundling, shredding, washing, crushing, and melting. The reshaping step must be performed by separate machines, leading to the final stages of melting and reshaping, which are completed by the same machine, concluding the cycle.
