In 2010, the building was surrounded by gardens on both the top and bottom sides. Inside, there was a living room, a kitchen, and three student bedrooms. Upon entering through the main entrance, there was a large hallway, with a bathroom and a bedroom located on the left side. At the end of the hallway, there was a kitchen and another bedroom, while a living room was connected to a third bedroom.
At present, the layout has changed significantly. The living room has been removed and replaced with an additional student bedroom. A social area has also been added to the kitchen. Furthermore, an en-suite room has been introduced, and the hallway is now smaller. There are now more student bedrooms overall. Outside, the garden at the bottom has been replaced by a car parking area, while the top garden remains.
