The main difference that can be noticed if we compare the two methods, is in way that the tea leaves are cut and dried. The two processes are devided in the traditional method and the modern method. In the traditional process the leaves are broken and then rolled falt on a rack, resulting in a leaf enzyme release. On the other hand the modern one cuts, torns and curls the leaves, resulting in a quicker drying process. This two processes are the second step in this whole sequence of processes.
The remaining steps are: picking the leaves from the plant, wich is the first one, the second procedure is the one discussed earlier, the third one is the oxydation part, were the dried leaves get that copper colour, and the last procedure is called firing or drying were the left moisture is completely gone.
