Overall, it is clear that the process consists of 3 main stages ,beginning with the evaporation of ocean water which leads to the formation of clouds and ending with the conveyance of water to the sea .
Regarding the evaporation stage , ocean water is vaporized by the heat from the sun , which then condenses into clouds .Subsequently , these clouds are carried by the wind to higher altitude ,preparing them for the precipitation stage .
Afterwards , water from rain neither goes to bedrock through an infiltration process and flows to the high groundwater stream or descends along the road from the higher lands going down the sea to become the runoff. The final stage completes the cycle and repeat again
