The given diagram provides a visual depiction of how carbonated drinks are manufactured.
A close examination of the process reveals that there are five distinct stages to make these drinks. In addition, all of the manufacturing lines are non-manual, which are entirely controlled by a computerized system automatically.
The first stage commences when raw water sources flowing through pipeline, being ready for filtration, softening, and elimination using chemicals. From there, the purified water is pumped directly into the electric heating, and thus enters the second stage. After being heated, processed water is passed through a cooling line that reduces its temperature, before transitioning into the carbonated machine.
In the third stage, the carbonated liquid is transferred into a mixing tank, involving various steps, such as adding colors, syrup and flavor. To reassure the water is drinkable, it is filtered again, then moved to the filling process where water is sealed into two different forms, including bottles and cans. The final step is to transport packaged boxes of water to selling points.
