The progress of buying in the internet is described by the diagram below. Generally, the main procedure includes 5 steps, which begins from determining the item to accepting the delivery of goods.

Firstly, we start with choosing the goods we buy in the search box of the proper app on your devices such as smartphones, laptops, etc. Secondly, we put satisfactory ones to the shopping basket and fill in your address, number phone or order requirement. Thirdly, we have to press the button to order and pay for the those products by the online account or cash.

The first three steps are completed by customers, whereas the following steps are done by the sellers and shipers. The next step is the packaging the items and delivering it to the delivery unit is the seller’s responsibility. Finally, we just wait for shipper to deliver the merch, don’t forget to check out and receive the order.

Besides, the last two steps take more time than the convenient steps we take on the shopping app before. Also, receiving the item seems more practical than the other procedures because when we are sent it by shipper, we can physically touch and check the product rather than just viewing it on the screen.

In conclusion, it is clear that there are five main stages including handpicking the goods, adding to the trolley online, covering the cost of purchases, awaiting the ones to be conveyed and receiving it in the lower graph.
