The diagram shows the procedure of making pulp and paper from wood chips through multiple stages.
It commences with deciding if production is willing to go from scratch or purchase chips. If the first choice is picked trees are chopped and formed into logs which are chipped and put into a digester. If they decide otherwise, purchased chips go into the digester. Afterwards, from a pulp screen a clean pulp is subjected to be used for either rough paper for boxes production branch or refined paper for printing.
Rough paper production includes putting the clean pulp into a former followed by letting it dry in pulp dryers. With the help of a pulp cutter paper bales are constructed. Refined paper production, on the other hand, offers to put the clean pulp into cleaners first. Next it goes to pulp dyers and a pulp press that forms paper rolls. Lastly, both the paper rolls and the paper bales are ready to go into the hands of the end users.
