The presented process illustrates various vital steps in creating pulp and paper.
From the overall perspective, it is evident to recognize that there is always difference in all phases. All stages play a crucial role in the whole process for producing this.
Originally, a number of trees would be logged down prior to being chipped. Part of the chips would be consumed whilst the others would be digested. As soon as digesting, they would be washed and turned into pulp screen. A cleaning pulp process would be occured in advance being separated to 2 purposes: paper for boxed and for printing.
In the former purpose, the pulp former would be created, later being dried. Subsequently, reeling would be taken place, before being cut and becoming paper bales as the final products.
In the latter aim, the pulp would be cleaned and dried. After that, the pulp and paper would be pressed prior to being dried. Refined paper rolls would be the final goods of this process.
