The pulp and paper making process involves several Key stages. Initially wood Chips are digested imo a pulp. The pulp extracted is further cleaned into the washer to to get rid of any impurities present in the pulp. Then the final outcome obtained is the clear pulp.
To make rough paper for boxes, the clear pulp is passed through a pulp former machine, then through a dryer to get rid of any moisture present in the pulp. The pulp is then is reeled before cutting and becoming paper bales as the final product.
For making refined paper for printing the pulp is again cleaned for any remaining grime and dried-up for any dampness of the pulp. After that the pulp is pressed to create paper prior to being dried again. Then the refined paper is rolled to be the end by-product
