The diagram illustrates how pulp and paper are made.
It is clear that the process of making pulp and paper consists of more than ten stages and a number of different tools and infrastructure from trees to paper rolls and pulp.
At the first stage of the process, trees are cut down to produce logs, which are combined, chipped, and purchased in a digester. Pulp is washed and then referred to a pulp screen. After the pulp screen, it is prepared for clean pulp. Paper is made two types: one is paper bales, and the other is paper rolls.
Another process in the step, clean pulp is referred to as pulp former which is dried by using a pulp dryer and then made into a pulp reel. After cutting the pulp reel, it is made into paper reels. On the other hand, the clean pulp is used to refine paper for printing and it is cleaned by pulp cleaners, dried, and pressed. Finally, paper rolls are made by passing through two steps: a paper press and a paper dryer.
