Overall, the process can be divided in three main stages, starting with delivery of raw materials, followed by preparing them to making clay pots, and finally forming them as finished ceramic pots. Also, this process is a complex one, which requires much time and special equipment.
The process starts with delivering raw materials by truck to the factory. Once delivered, raw materials are crushed by crushing machine. Having been crushed, they are mixed and moulded to dry from 4 to 6 hours. Subsequently, clay pots are assembled in special moulds.
In order to prepare ceramic pots, first the clay pots are baked in the oven at 1000°C. Next, baked pots are colored. Once they have been colored, then they go to colour firing machine. Finally, ceramic pots are finished.
