The process shows how the electricity is transferred from the power plant to people’s houses.
Overall, the process is conducted in five stages. Which begins with the power plant and ends in people’s houses.
In the initial stage of the process of generating energy in the power plant, the power plant is also connected to a step-up transformer, which transfers power to the tower. After that, power goes to the transmission substation, which is located in each city; this substation is also called the main power station of the city.
Continuously, the transmission substation transferred power to the distribution substation, which is located area-wise. In the second and last stage of this process, the distribution substation transfers the electricity to different transformers. In the last stage, the power was transferred from the transformers to people’s houses.
