The process diagram portrays the manufacturing of bricks and how it is used in a building industry.
It is noticeable from the process diagram that there are close to 7 diagrams involved in manufacturing of bricks in an industry. Initially, the clay is scooped by the digger and this undergoes a series of stages until the bricks are fully manufactured and they are delivered with the help of van.
Firstly, the digger fetches the clay and drops it onto a metal grid with the help of sand and water, a mixture is obtained. Furthermore, there are two ways of getting the bricks either by wire cutter or by mould. Moreover the bricks are sent to drying oven for one to two days and later conveyed to the moderate of about 200 degree Celsius to 980 degree Celsius.
Finally, they are moved into a high clamp of 870 degree Celsius to 1300 degree Celsius. Subsequently, the bricks are delivered into a cooling chamber for 2 to 3 days. After that they are packed and delivered by truck.
