The diagram illustrates the process of brick manufacturing for the construction site.
Generally speaking, the diagram consists of seven stages beginning with clay digerring and ending up with brick delivery.
The first step of manufacturing bricks is diggering clay with a large digger. Then, clay is being filtered through the metal grid and processed in a roller machine. After this stage, produced clay mixes up with sand and water. The third stage is when mixed consistency is either kept in mold or cut into shaped bricks with a wire cutter. Subsequently, the brick block heats in a drying oven during 240 to 48 hours.
The fifth step of the procedure is putting bricks in a kiln, with moderate and high temperature (up to 1300 degrees). Also, raw bricks are placed in the cooling chamber for 48 to 72 hours. Finally, obtained bricks experience packaging and then being delivered in a big track.
