The diagram illustrates the process way which is used to manufacture bricks for the building industry. Overall, here is seven step to make a bricks.
At first, we collect raw materials such as clay by using large digger. We put all the clay into a roller and a metal grid that is used for break down from large clay to small pieces of clay. After that, we mixed all the raw materials (for example, small pieces of clay, water and sand) then it will provide bricks using mould or wire cutter. Before heating process, the brick must be dry that’s why here use a dry oven for 24 to 48 hours.
Following this, the brick are passes through the kin which have moderate temperature to high temperature (200c to 1300c). After complete the heating process those bricks are going through in cooling chamber.
Finally completing all the process the brick made process is done then it will go for packaging and delivered their destination.
