The diagram depicts the steps that are used to build bricks for the building industry. Overall, there are 7 steps to manufacturing the bricks, starting from using the digger to get the clay and ending with the delivery of the bricks to the industry.
To begin with, the digger is used to get the clay. Then, the clay is put on a metal grid and is put on the roller. Next, there are two ways to build the bricks. One is to use a wire cutter to cut the bricks or to put the sand and water in the mould to produce the bricks.
Continuing with the fourth step, the bricks are dried in the oven for 24 to 48 hours. After the bricks are dried up, they follow two heating processes, one is moderate between 200 Celsius and 870 Celsius. The other is high from 870 C to 1300 C. The bricks then are cooled in a cooling chamber for 48- 72 hrs. Before they are delivered, the bricks are packaged.
