Overall, it is clearly visible that there are all together seven steps in the process for bricks production. The steps are, digger, roller, wire cutter, drying oven, chamber, packaging and delivery.
At first, the digger is use to bring the clay from the earth surface. The clay is use for making different type of products like bricks and pots. After that, roller separate the metal grid from the clay. Then, sand and water is mix for making the bricks. Wire cutter and mould helps to bring the shape of the bricks.
Similarly, on the next stage the raw bricks is kept in the drying oven for approximately 24-48 hours. In the fifth stage, it is move towards the cooling chamber. It travels through various temperature from the moderate to high pressure temperature. Then, it requires 48-72 hours for cooling the bricks. Furthermore, it goes for the packaging. At the last stage, delivery van deliver the bricks to different places.
