The diagram gives information about how the brick is manufactured.
Overall, it’s clear that there are 7 stages in the diagram which commences with digging the clay, coming to an end with delivering the bricks.
The process starts with digging the clay. It is followed by filtering clays on a metal grid and putting in a roller. After adding sand and water they will be put into a wire cutter or mold to be shaped as a brick. After this stage bricks are sent to the oven to dry for 24 to 48 hours. As the step of drying is completed there are 3 stages before they are packaged. At the first level, bricks are heated in kiln at 200’C to 980’C which is a moderate level. After that, They are heated to 870’C to 1300’C which is a high level. Just before packaging them, they are cooled in a chamber for 48 to 72 hours. Finally, bricks are delivered to companies or markets.
