The provided diagram delineates various stages of brick production for the building industries. At first glance, it is readily discernible that brick production involves 7 steps, starting from the digging of the raw material and ending at the delivery stage.
The first step of the process is that the clay is dug with a large excavator, after which is filtered and processed in a roller machine and then mixed with sand and water. The next phase is that the mixture is either kept in a mould or cut in a wire cutter to create the rough shape of the brick.
After that, shaped raw bricks are dried in the oven for 24 to 48 hours. At the next step, the dried raw bricks are kept in the kiln at moderate and high temperatures, up to 1300 degrees Celsius and then put into the cooling chamber for about 48 to 72 hours. After the bricks are packaged, the distribution stage is the final step and also the end of the brick production process.
