Overall, there are seven steps to produce bricks to be manufactured. It starts from digging the clay for making the bricks, pots, etc. until the delivery process to be sold.
The first step of making the bricks is digging the clay to become the bricks. Then, put the bricks on the metal grid for the next process. Rolling the bricks by adding the sand and water. Next, put the bricks on the wire cutter to divide it into pieces. After it is being cut, the mould the bricks into the moulder and put in the drying oven to heat them around 1-2 days. After drying, put the bricks into the kiln with the three processes of baking: moderate baking with temperature 200 degree Celsius to 989 degrees Celsius. It can be changed to the high temperature around 870 – 1300 degrees Celsius. Move the bricks to the cooling chamber for finishing around 2-3 days. The final bricks can be packaged to be delivered to the buyer.
