The diagram process gives information about producing bricks for the building industry.
Overall, the process includes seven major stages, starting with digging and ending with the delivery of the building companies.
At the first stage, the brick production process begins with digging for clay, which serves as the raw material in brick production. Following this stage, clay is generated in a metal grid and rolled in a roller. Ready clay is mixed with water and sand when this product is sliced using a mold or a wire cutter.
At the next stage, the raw bricks dry in a drying oven for 24–48 hours. In the next stage, the process involves three small stages. In the first stage, the bricks are heated to a moderate temperature of approximately 200–980 degrees, then heated to a high temperature of about 870–1300 degrees. In the end stage, the bricks cool in a cooling chamber for 48–72 hours. And at the at the finish stage, packing is delivered to building companies.
