The following diagram illustrate the significant process of glass manufacturing that we use in our day to day life.

Overall, the process involves nine markable steps and if followed, perfect required material can be made. Initially it is start along with raw, broken glass pieces which is go through a process lead to useful glass.

Initially, raw materials are heated upto a 105 degree celsius in furance for making thick liquor. Once it from, transfer into a mould where it get a cylindrical shape with the help of pressing. In the second mould, the precise glass shape is made with having round bottom and thick wall removed to air let go through it.

At 482 degree celsius raw glasses are heated and rapidly cool down to provide hardness. After that, physical checking is done by supervisor. Only well condition glasses are send to further phase that is packing in the box and a damaged material once again follow the same cycle.
